General Information

UTECTAL-1 is a polyacetal-copolymer, commonly known as POM and Acetal. POM is one of the most important engineering plastics with excellent mechanical properties, low water absorption, high wear resistance, high dimensional stability and good chemical resistance. UTECTAL-1 is used in mineral oils, water-based fire-resistant pressure fluids (HFA, HFB, HFC) and is suitable for applications in contact with foodstuff.
